- I'm back, y'all! I am so excited to be sharing with you again in this space. In this episode I share some reflections/affirmations from Psalm 139. Please bear with me as I ease back into recording, editing, and uploading episodes again. I am so excited for the year ahead, and I am looking forward to connecting with you all again. This. All of this. To be an unapologetic believer of Jesus Christ reading scripture on social media and sharing the insights that the holy Spirit is giving you to uplift and encourage other people is the ministry that is needed right now. There was a common and a centeredness to your voice and your presence particularly when you got into the word and you begin to share on each point what the scripture is speaking to us. There was a level of spiritual maturity and wisdom that will encourage your listeners particularly those who haven't seen you this way. I just want to send my encouragement as I do view content from time to time and when I come across something that I believe can make a difference in someone's life for the better and it can uplift Christ at the same time I just want to let the content creator know and encourage them. I will be praying for you and your endeavor congratulations on your obedience!

Wow, what a great idea…I am going to find one of my childhood pics to frame and speak 🗣️ positive into her. As a child, my parents were VERY NEGATIVE and my bio dad was absent. I am over 50 and still struggle with thinking positively of myself! Thank you.

love this 💖 really interested to hear about your 3-week intensive! I remember in one episode you said you cried so much, which is releasing grief/unprocessed emotions from your body and it reminds me of Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions i've started going to which bring up subconscious unprocessed emotions to the surface too. I always cry a during the sessions and the Breathwork Facilitator guides me back to my breath to not flood the body (this approach is called titration I think). Did you get guided back to breath/grounding exercises after a while or did you just keep crying until you felt like you had enough?
