John Williams showed our "Lego Star Wars - Starring John Williams" video at his annual Hollywood Bowl Concert on 8/30/13 and 8/31/13. We attended both shows to capture the occasion.

Yes, it would've been nice to be credited at the show, but we did receive a credit on the Hollywood Bowl's website, plus free tickets to the shows and an opportunity to speak with Mr. Williams. All in all, it was more than worth giving permission to the L.A. Phil to use the vid.

I really appreciate these points. TV and Radio personalities "steal" my CZcams content all the time to make fun of L.A. with. Certainly can't condemn them.

1. Did John Williams ever say he made it? He obviously didn't cause he's a music composer, not a movie maker.
2. It's a free CZcams video. Nothing was "stolen."
3. The video used one of John Williams' themes. If we're going to condemn John Williams for "stealing the video," then surely we'd condemn legolambs for "stealing the song."
4. Do you really think Legolambs even cares? They obviously don't because they uploaded this video.

No, my second statement isn't false. It's a free CZcams video. Did you pay to watch it? Didn't think so.
That's all well and good but your second statement is false. Even online videos uploaded by people on youtube have a certain amount of copyright attached to them.
