The easiest why to quit is to rewire your brain. I was not a chain smoker but daily smoker and I was fully aware of its disadvantages so I decided to trick my brain into thinking that smoke causes by brain to ache. That's it, just in a week even puff was exhausting for me.
My grandfather was a chain smoker,but he left smoking 20 years ago. In the last days of his life, he had severe lungs issue. Doctors had to clean his lungs on daily basis. What they found was that *tar* still coming out from his lungs. The tar settles in the lungs forever, even if you quit smoking for many years.
Being an ex-smoker I want to let you know that smoking is not cool at all. I have been smoking for seven and half years and it was the worst thing I ever did in my life. It spoil my image, physical health and mental health. Now that it has been a year since I quit smoking, I feel that kicking this nasty habit was the best thing I ever did in my life.

My father is a very heavy smoker 50-60 a day and on top of that he is docter and even had stunting and still not quiting it. I pray 1 day he will quite this toxic
