- Hey so in this video I tried documenting my last couple of days in Capgemini, and the exit process. The exit process was smooth, although my Capgemini laptop is still now picked up :P
But anyway it was fun to be a part of Capg and I learned a lot now it is time to move on to the next adventure/organization.
PS: The Capg Laptop has still not been collected, just wish I get my FnF asap :P

It means i go banglore office...
It was mentioned on my offer too but i did not have to go to the location because of wfh, but not sure about you since probably offices are opening up soon. Contact your hiring HR once no?

Hey abhishek all the best! It honestly depends on the project you get. Make sure you let your manager know what are you kinda work you are interested in and what are you expecting from the project. Like let him know you want to learn cloud or backend or front end. I am sure they will try to fit you in a good project

Hey Aastha, that was a really nice video. First of congratulations on the new job and I wish you all the very best for it. Secondly from your video I believe you can answer my question as an experienced person who has worked in cap for an year. I have been offered to join as a Senior Consultant. I have offers from Accenture, CTS as well and I'm tad confused. Surprisingly in terms of compensation none are able to match as that of Cap's. But thats not my priority as for now, I want to know overall How did you feel working in cap ? Obviously the project plays the major part but apart from that in terms org structure, policies, accessibility to management, flexibility and most importantly work life balance how much would you rate it out of 5. Would really appreciate if you could let me know your experience and your suggestions. Thanks in Advance :)
Most of the policies and work env and work pressure is same in all these companies. The only thing i think i will mention is Accenture gives better hike yearly based on your performance so if you are planning to stay for long the Accenture salary may ultimate increase but if you are planning to stay for 1-2 years take the highest paying one. Everything else is same

Is Capg is good in terms of package, and work life balance? I have got an offer from them, in terms of paid ads position.
Capg negotiate good before you join, yearly hikes are less like any service company. Work life balance is good(from my experience)

I would have gone for capg as the package is high and level of projects is almost same but please do your own research because Infy gives the best foundational training to freshers

Hello, first of all i see you reply evryone and hope you ll do the same to me lol. I ve just joined Capgemini before 3 months and completed my training in java and now im in shadow. What advice can i have from your side in your experience working in CG.
You are in shadow? Does that mean you have no work? Best thing to do is reach out to your supervisor whoever is just above you and tell them you need to develop your skills and need project. Show them you are interested, sometimes it is a bit difficult to get a good development project in service company but if you keep trying you will get it :) all thr best
@@AasthaDhami i got full training in java and spring boot. I m getting mails to get practiced in java related concepts and i think project assigned will be based on java. So how can i expect the project because using java could able to get development projects. I joined as a fresher in CG.

After every 6 months of working at Capgemini the bond amount decreases by 50,000âč
Till it becomes 0 by the end of the 2 yr period

Umm i am not really sure about this but if you want to do something no one can stop you maybe you will have to pay a fee though as you would be leavening before your probation was completed

Hey..nice video. I am also thinking of resigning but my manager is persistent on me serving the whole 90 days notice period. The max I can do is 30 but he is not agreeing even though there is very less task assigned to me. Any suggestion please..bcoz it's really urgent for me
Try to talk to your HR and calmy make them understand your situation, if you already resigned and your new company is asking to join within 30 days request them too to push the joining date talk to both parties and try to get a middle ground

It takes as in? You can go and submit your laptop at your base location if thatâs more feasible

@@AasthaDhami Okay am looking for job internally in CG , Currently am working in CG, on bench after 1 year 2 months of project experience on webMethods(Middleware) (will be 2 years of experience by February 2024), due to some serious health issue I wish to work in some slow moving projects/ some kind of roles where job is repeititve (less cognitive) So can you please suggest me such roles in IT Industry/ within CG?

I am sorry I did not get notification of this message. See the job stress really depends on the kind of project you get. If you have health issues just be very frank with your HR and it will be their job to align you properly. As far as I know you can do the repetitive tasks like manual testing sometimes require you to run same scenarios and take screenshots as proof. As long as it is a simple straight forward testing like that you would be fine I guess. But do not take up the QA testing which happens in sprint that requires a lot of efforts to come up with scenarios that might go wrong. Something like a routine check, I am not very sure about this, please have a frank convo with your HR.
This is really pathetic that some body is asking you for guidance and you are deleting his comments . No issues i can take help from somebody other .

designations are very vague sometimes in companies, just read your Job description before you apply. that's the work you will get.
