I really think you have a great voice for it! :) Personally, I would love to watch/listen to a video of you just talking or whispering about anything really. But I know a lot of people enjoy the sound of eating + talking! The ASMR genre has sooo many types of video.. It would be awesome if you did one that you'd feel most comfortable doing! I am sure you would do great!!! :) looking forward for it!

My "Seoul" sister, I just went out and bought my dok! Tteokbokki is my favorite snack food. Although, I remember loving bundgee when I was little. My hadabagji used to buy me them after my dance classes. I remember them being dry roasted, not the squishy and juicy ones these days. 😊 Anyways, this made me sooo hungry.
I saw a can of those at the market, but it was the juicy one and I was like NOPEEE. I never tried it before, but I would prefer the dry one.

He's subbing them in English, which I love because I forgot most of my Korean while growing up in the States. I agree with you about the cheese stuffed tteok, gross. I'm glad I didn't buy the sweet potato stuffed ones. 🤗

Yah, at Paldo. I love sweet potatoes and thought of buying it but decided on the cheese instead. If you try the sweet potato one let me know what you think. the tteok is shaped like a peanut. Yah, I watch BANZZ everyday. He does a live show everynight and then posts the subtitles version. It's amazing how much he eats. You should check him out.

I'm in the process of soaking my rice for 8-12 hours to make rice flour so I can make rice cakes to make tteokboki. Nowhere in my town sells the right rice flour so I have to make my own and I couldn't find rice cakes at the only Asian Market in my town. Do you live in or near LA?

AngelaMinjiKim I only was able to because it was finals week so I distracted myself with studying endlessly. otherwise I would be impatient as well. haha. the flour came out really well. I'm super happy. I made the rice cakes last night and made some 라볶이 for myself and my mom. she wanted to try them with me. haha.
