Hi. Do you have any videos on Custom menus and "parent" options, etc? I created a custom menu link (named Renters) using # as the url so that it is not clickable. Then I added it to the primary menu. However, I don't know what I did, but the menu is now showing "Renters" to be under "Buyers". I think this is called "parent" menu. I don't know how I accidentally did this. I am trying to make "Renters" it's own original link menu. I hope I am explaining this clear enough so that you know what I am trying to convey. Thanks
Hi Adam, my website building was going fine (I bought a Sonaar template) when somehow I changed the size of my menu. Now, instead of large, white, and easy to see, it is blue, squished up close to the top of the page, and a lot smaller. I went back through my history, but none of the history resets will change it back. (Not even the original template will re-set it). Also, sometimes my menu logos look extremely large and are cut off at the top of the page. Do you have any idea how to fix this? I have been trying for days. Thanks!

I'm trying to add items in a drop-down menu: My pages are in my navigation menu. I want story chapters to drop down or be a sub-item from the page. I want parts of each chapter to be sub-items from each chapter number. But when you're adding things to menus, you can only select posts, pages, or categories. You can't write something without publishing it first. If I want to insert a thing that says "Chapter 1", then I have to publish a thing titled, "Chapter 1", all by itself, which looks really unprofessional. How can I type or use a piece of text, to move into a menu title, or use as a sub-item title?
Good and helpful, but you should start by stating, that you must create a page first, before creating a menu item. Otherwise you are stuck. No existing pages, no menu items. AF~

I wish I had more than one navigation menu, at the top of my page, to put more items. Right now I only have one navigation menu at the top, and I can only put one thing in it. Right now I have the Pages in it.

You should be able to do whatever kind of menu that you want using GeneratePress.

You need a theme that has a footer menu area. Then you would just assign the menu to it.
