Yes, the reason why storm 4 is better because they put much effort in the animations, and Jump force doesn't, I am a huge fan of jump force but dam they missed a huge opportunity to the game
Now I’m gonna be honest here Jump Force and especially Shinobi Striker don’t have the cool world breaking ultimate’s unlike the storm games and here is why: Jump force is high quality and has good graphics but the gameplay kinda sucks and the ultimates are pretty lame and weak Shinobi Striker just sucks in general like it has that good Naruto feel graphics it’s just that the Ultimate’s are ethier to OP or just lame and weak like young Sasuke’s and young Naruto’s also they barely even hit the person your aiming for which makes it even easier for when your ultimate stops that person can jump you easily also the hit boxes really suck Last and the best all of the storm games it has that amazing Naruto feel to it when your looking at the graphics and design’s of the characters also the Ultimate’s you have to get lucky and hit the person and when you do sometimes you can do a planet destroying Ultimate which makes it really cool and it’s more based unlike Jump Force and Shinobi Striker.

I never realized how lazy of a game jump force was by just copying most of the voices for the attack and pasting in the game.
