Strength:

Argosax is even more powerful than that and DMC2 Dante literally one-shot him.
DMC5 Dante is 7D+++ at minimum, complex construct level. He’s so far beyond universal destruction that it’s laughable.
In short, Archie Sonic is even with Bill and Kratos from the games but Kratos from the Lore and the rest of the characters presented here humiliate him 💀

Years later dmc5 he got wooped by uriyzon, reminder uriyzon surpassed all demon kings. then in a month in a short amount of time he fought him again in SDT with low diff and then fights him again but uriyzon all amped up yet he still got wooped by base Dante

This is bullshit, most of the characters here SLAM archie sonic into the ground. TDK is a great example. He became a literal GOD with his IQ and sadistic nature of The Clown Prince of Crime. He robbed an alternate bruce's powers of Dr Manhattan, and became GOD, and TOYED with it. Ultra Sonic doesn't even COMPARE to TDK's abilities.
For Bill Cypher it's the same way. He is immortal, and I'm pretty sure has infinite EVERYTHING. The only reason why he lost is because Stan regained his memory about him.
