I have genralised anxiety disorder and also hightend sensory overload which can be very overwhelming so it's good to focus on colorful things and music so I don't have tremours and shake from too much stimulation. Thank you for uploading of video

I saw a tunnel of grass on Facebook and that was a good one. The motion and the atmosphere of the tunnel do it for me. This one's motion really hit the spot, felt like my brain was been rocked like a baby.

i am entirely the opposite, love the visual to itty bitty bits, immediately added to playlist, hit replay -- & had to mute the music
viva neurodivergence!
