Since my baby was born I tried so many different sounds to make her sleep: white noise, nature, lullaby,etc. This is the one and only that never fails to relax her and I don’t know if is in my mind but I get to relax so much too! I love it❤️
Babies like classical music and I just so happen to have this with classical music 😊 I am serious though. I was a nanny for a long time and classical music was the only thing that calmed her children down and I continued doing so with my children. It helps. And I was serious about the video!

I gotta say..this video is an absolute life saver..seriously..I am truly grateful for it..I work in both the emergency room and with children in the foster care system..and time and time again this video has astounded me by somehow soothing my patient or child in the midst of a crisis..yesterday I had a young girl who has an extensive history of trauma..and for whatever reason, she was triggered by something..well after an hour of trying everything, utilizing all the professionals in the area,(and mind you, she was so terrified that she pretty much didn't hear single thing any of us said),so for some reason, this video popped in my head cuz it's helped me with Alzheimer's patients as well,and I thought 'hey,what the hell'..so I turned it on and turned the screen towards her and she just fell silent and stared.....and after about ten minutes of watching it,she hugged me and apologized!!!!... so whoever uploaded this video deserves an award❤

Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by to send some positive energy to all of you! These past years been very tough to me. Ive been challenged mentally, emotionally and certainly spiritually. I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. We all have these daily struggles that we deal with that can keep us up late at night but just know that you are not alone. Knowing that I can come here and openly express myself and see others doing the same gives me hope that the world will indeed be a better place but it starts with us. Jellyfish have always been my favourite. I've seen a few in aquariums before but I remember the first time that I saw one in the ocean. I was scared - but amazed, this little tiny jellyfish was slowly moving along - I just watched it for a little while.

When I was in elementary school my teacher asked us all what our favorite animal was. Other kids said tigers or zebras or cows. I said jellyfish. Teachers told me to pick a different animal and I told them I didn't care, they were my favorites.
Most kids had teddy bears or blankets, I had a jellyfish. My favorite book to read at bedtime was "Jenny Jellyfish: A Tale of Wiggly Jellies". Every time I see them in an aquarium I smile so hard if feels like my face is going to fall off.
I have no idea why or where it comes from, but jellyfish fill me with such immediate and intense joy. My friends and family tell me I light up whenever I see them. My partner sends me pictures of them when I'm having a bad day and it works almost every time. I haven't been sleeping well lately and this video worked first try.

One of my favorites, just so relaxing. Can you make this into one of the long format versions for sleeping? (8-12hr like others you have?) I fall asleep to this but when it ends, I wake up to whatever the app pulls up next. Thank you! 🥰
Here's a guide to looping any video you want, for a looooong time.
1. Add the video to a new playlist and name it whatever you want (I just named it sleep loop).
To do this find the "save" button below the video and click it, then click the create new playlist button. Name it whatever you like and click create. You can find this playlist by hitting the three bars at the top right of CZcams and scrolling down to look below "liked videos", if you don't see it click "show more". If your playlist isn't visible now, you haven't made it. Try creating it again!
2. Click on the playlist you've just made and then the video should come up. Just below the bottom right corner of the video should be a little box above the recommended videos should be a box with the name of the playlist. Click on the two arrows pointing in opposite directions, this will cause all the videos on the playlist to loop once it's done playing all of them (in this case, only one video).
3. Click play on the video, it should loop once it's done playing! You can check if it is working by clicking towards the end of the video (like... 3:00:30) and waiting for the video to end. If the loop playlist is working you should see the video refresh itself and begin playing again. If it just ends, or goes to a different video, you haven't done something quite right. Try again!
If you're still having trouble after going back to step 1 from step 3 and trying again, feel free to ask me for help!
At the bottom next to the captions option in the video window, you should see a bar with a play or pause button on it. Set that to pause and when the video ends, youtube doesn't keep skipping to the next video in so you can keep snoozing on. Sweet dreams :)
