Another awesome video. At 4:20, are you also flexing/squeezing the glute? At 7:10, what parts of your body are touching the floor once youâre set? Are your upper thighs touching, or your knees. What I mean is what structural parts of your body are you putting pressure into the floor with? I freaking love these vids.
Good questions: at 4:20 it doesnât matter how you do it as long as youâre getting the tilt. At 7:10 itâs whatever is touching laying down - depends on your body type. But yes, quads and knees are touching on just about everyone. When you do the tuck, youâre trying to push your pubic bone to the ground.
