Hydra is a tough area of raid for a lot of players and Oboro can really ease that pain! She can apply decrease defence to many heads at the same time with her A1 and can tank the head of mischief due to her A3!

a little tip to you, if you have or can get lady mikage then hydra is done for with those two combined
Would be great to see a “hydra for dummies” style vid going over how the different heads work and team comps to get your foot in the door as Somone who is mid-late game but never gave hydra much of a sniff
Many have tried, but I think it always fails because the heads look very similar and are writhing around. It may seem like a small issue but it is distracting. Too many details, buffs, passives, debuffs, special abilities, variety of champions. Hydra for Dummies: If you have an Uugo, max her out, place her in team hit Battle. Burn is nice if you have it. Provoke is good for one head. There you go. If you actually want to master it, I suggest Nub Raids (he took it super seriously at the very beginning so has more entry level videos.)

@@tompriestley8221 The Nub Raids vids on Hydra are all you need tbh. The problem is that Hydra depends so much on your roster, so a "Hydra for Dummies" guide would still be a long discussion. Nub took a lot of different champs thru Hydra and explained his thoughts and strats. Helped me a lot, but it is a complex topic.
I’m not a fan of hydra either but you need to do it to get Mithrala and stone skin
This video does showcase the roles Oboro fills in Hydra, but please don't get fooled by the end damage results.
With all the great gear, if you don't have a Krisk on this team expect to get significantly less results.
Having double Block Buff champs on the same team isn't the worst...but having 2 Mischief targets is a wasted spot.
Awesome comp, I still don’t have a team I can run on auto any difficulty higher than normal, so this is an inspiration
Even lvl 1 the blessing increased my Clan Boss DMG by around 4% (To be fair Urticata need like 2 turns to stack it to max)
Well, the point of oboro besides all HH said is to have high enough resist so the buffs cant be stolen. She is a self buff so she will always have most buffs in the team. I run her with Valk for shields and counter attack, buff extenders champs and 1 HP burn champ. And you can do hydra with out block buffs champs.
well damn this video gave me reason enough to escalate her to the top of my 60 queue and use her in hydra
Funny you post this,just pulled Oboro the other day and instantly saw the potential,started maxing her to actually add to my Hydra team.
I saw a vid from Nub raids using her as a mischief tank. I had one built/booked/mastered in my vault, and I don't regret bringing her out.
Works great with duchess or rector, since her revive on death pops up any time she gets a veil.
I recently built her as mischief tank as well. Always targeted by mischief because of her many buffs. Got her a very high res to resist stealing her buffs. Im not ready to move up to hard yet though, stuck at normal, but its nice that the hydras are not running around with all my buffs anymore :)
Liked the vid, showing up to mention that also liked the music during the auto part.
By the way, I got a 4 star Oboro and use her regularily, of course, had another blessing selected, gonna check the benefits of this one at 4 star, may be worth switching. Cheers.
her A2 is also underrated for stealing the block debuff and attack up from wrath. great vid. I LOVE OBORO
agree, her A2 is damn good, i built 2 oboros for my hydra team
Oboro is insane for Magic Keep too. She steals the entire HP shield its nutty
How in hell you all get 5-6* essences for epics.... Farming like crazy the twins , opening efficiently all shards i can with the mats i get, and always a rare 1-2 stars tops all this time.. I am close to just give up and stop using the 150 gems per day as well.. its laughable how bad the chance to get something good is.t

I mean shards aren't any better. You can easily spend $100 on shards and get some crap rares and maybe a crap epic if you're lucky.
I use her as my tank for the head that steals buffs, although she's not made for dmg, she still does reasonable dmg despite being built for defense and resist.
What a clutch by Uggo at 14:16 revived the whole team.. and she did it twice!!.. 😅😅
Look twice, it is four turns cooldown. Just her time comes again and she is revived em again.

I have problems with shadowkin Level 21. irs my last 3 star to get Lydia.I tried Kunochi but she wasnt better then my other champs.I have Gembo and Bur and Sachi and the freeze guy but i dont have togi the frog or the only epic surviver.The only possible revive ,but no that only can work at waves because she has to kill an enemy and het damage is so low,that she barely kulls an enemy,even manuals played.I just. 6 star her and i really think she can help cauae her revive on death and also of course lots of damage potential.

Lol, imagine running a dedicated mischief tank in oboro on a team with the ultimate mischief tank, Krisk. Oboro is a wasted slot in that team.

Oboro is underrated i been telling folks how good she is. Nubraids put me on game when he had her in a resistance build so she soaks up the attention from mischief

Kind of a mish mash of a comp really. Dont need 2 Block Buffs, when you have 2 Mischief tanks. And then also Foxy lady, who can place HP burn ontop of Poison cloud

This is an "AFK" game. No one has time for convoluted content much less the additional time sink of 15 to 45 min strat videos involving champions, gear and soul stones the majority of people do not have.
Honestly I am not impressed. Probably if some HP burner was at their place he/she would dealing more dmg. Place to someone Hex set it is pain to watch how your champions missed the target head.
İ think she is good for normal and hard Hydra if you dont have better options. But İ don't think she is good for Brutal. He did the work on here because of Krisk keep her alive. Second Husk with cruel will do much more work.
replace oboro with geo and you'd get better damage. imo she's not all that great. with uugo you get block buffs so you don't need a michief tank or a drop defence. she was great when you could cheese hydra with inqusiter before the nerf, but not now so much. plus she's so squishy, you need great stats just to keep her alive even with the revive on death
Don't forget, cruelty is one of the few blessings that stack so even at 1 star, if you have 4 champs with 1 star blessing you can still hit the 20% boss drop def cap.

@@HellHades the description clearly implies it with the line "If multiple champions have this blessing, still cannot decrease a single Champion's DEF by more than 40% (20% bosses). This line would be utterly pointless given 6* stops at those same values. I have asked plarium support to clarify and in their usual vague manner didn't properly answer the question. Am awaiting a clear yes or no from them. Maybe if you asked them?
@@peterreime3146 The line you quoted is only relevant if you bring several 6* awoken champs. It doesn't stack.
@@HellHades It's NOT stacking. I read the text same as @Peter Reime and even reported what I though was a bug to Plarium, but apparently it's just bad translation and when they realeased the "comprehensive guide" for blessing it was stated that Cruelty does NOT stack.
