As a life long New Yorker, the plaza definitely holds up to its status. It’s truly a one of a kind experience. I go once a year for tea time/Christmas brunch And we drive around, eat somewhere delicious then stay over. We go to dinner and you feel so fancy. If you wore a gown no one would think twice. Haha
Edit: I’ve never ordered room service so I trust their experience.
I also live in New York not the city but in an island called Staten Island it’s very pretty when I go into the city sometimes I run by the hotel because I run really far just once a week❤

Just for context: The Plaza hotel was used in the Home Alone movie, where they made it seem like a very very very nice place, since the person who owns the hotel, is no other than Trump and since HJ Evelyn really wanted to try it out, i say they did a great job on promoting it😳 Another fun fact is, Trump forced them to include him in the production which is why we see him in the movie, and i think it’s very clear how much they were promoting the hotel. It was so extreme to the point where Trump made the condition that the phone number given for the Plaza in the movie was an actual working number for the hotel. 😂😂

im not spoiled, im an only child and growing up my dad taught me to think first before buying and most things i want, my dad doesnt buy it for me. my mom being hateful towards me all the time. my dad died in 2020. now, im only happy when im with my friends. when you said "only child doesnt share things." no we do. we share everything with our friends because we dont get to experience those kind of stuffs growing up.. so in conclusion not all childrens are all like you said emily. im not being hateful just want to share what ive been experiencing and not all things are good. being a single child can lead to depression and anxiety istg T_T
