There’s another quest gun called Ashen Beast. With “our eyes are yet to open” as red text. But initial testing not great

Ashen Beast is just an epic level version of Blood-Starved Beast. In fact there's a lot of epic variants of legendaries in this DLC. Kinda cheap on Gearbox's part if you ask me.
Ethan Tsai ashen in the context of bloodborne refers to the disease that fucked up old yharnam in the story

Farming Lilith for this gun has been the worst time I've had on the game.
This bloodborne reference makes me hype af plus they definitely did justice to the game

Been killing lilith for over 3 hours now, multiple muses, 0 beasts..
I had to kill her about 40 times to get 3 of them and only got 2 of those nice pistols

I got so many critical. 2 beasts after 2.5 hours. 3 muses

Creeping up on one million subscribers!!! Hell yeah, always loved your stuff man, tenacity has it's benifits.
The gun is amazing on zane. Zane himself can do OK with it but the clone absolutely rips apart mobs with it. Easilly on par with other top tier clone guns like beacon, sandhawk, backburner, etc.

I'm just glad that when they made a bloodborne reference, its actually a pretty good gun. not crazy amazing or anything, but really solid and usable at M10.

Im usually not a fan of DAHL SMG's but this one is top notch. Prob's the best DAHL SMG I've ever used.

Joltz, if I remember correctly, you might want to update on the firing perks. This guy's bullets go through enemies, any hit can explode even if it is the second or third too. Handy mobbing weapon for sure.
i like how the bullet pattern imitates the cheese method to kill it (r1 r1 r1 l1), and the explosions are kind of like the bombs that you throw to keep in the corner

Took me 40 straight tries to get one. I literally got 2 different rough riders from the vendors before the literal dedicated drop. I got 7 Faulty Stars and Prompt Critical's respectively. I was literally going insane. And just for one final fuck you, the BSB was burst fire only. Fml

I farmed Evil Lilith for over 90 minutes and didn't get a single Blood Starved Beast, but this gun is in Maurice Black Market Vending Machine this week. 😁👍

I’m not a fan boy or even a player of bloodbourne, but I genuinely like the look of this gun.

knowing bloodborne this gun does about 15 damage, but worry not it can be upgraded to 150 damage if you level bloodtinge enough

I've had the prompt, the sage and the convergence all from evil lynith but not this gun yet.

This has to be my favorite weapon in this dlc so far.
Getting this gun just to drop alone is a nightmare and has by far the worst drop rate of any exclusive boss legendary. Even using a modded program that increases drop rates i only got 4 out of 35 kills and 3 had crap annointments. Not to mention the fact the DLC bosses still had random base game world drops in their loot pools rather than just their exclusive items.
Bloodborne is an awesome game jolts you should make a small series on it

Fighting Evil Lilith with underleved gear was the most intense boss battle.
My friend and I just started the DLC yesterday so we had level 57 and 60 guns. She took so long to kill
Using uRad on all these demos makes the new guns seem better than they actually are
You gotta have a build for mayhem 10. Using bad anoints and a bad build would be a terrible demonstration. Mayhem 10 is built around anoints.
It seems like you are just showing the strength of your build and the anointment. Anything would perform well with uRad and fade away.

Not sure of the drop rate yet. I'm playing on M10 and had to take her down at least 40 times and got 2 of them. The first one I got was meh. The 2nd one was a corrosive × 3 variant with the consecutive hit anoint and it's an absolute monster. Worth the grind for it. I'm pretty sure you have to be on mayhem 6 at least to get it.

Don't give up! The grind can be a pain but once you get that good anoint it's all worth it.

I got a shock one in my Story Playthrough of the DLC on Zane and it was pretty solid. Though granted, I was playing on M8, not M10.

Honestly I think it would have been better if it’s elemental chance went up as the magazine depleted and it was an unusually long lasting element effect.
As much as I enjoy the campaign, I am not enjoying farming these weapons. Even with a fire monarch with consecutive hits, it still takes time. Then once they are killed, there’s either only a single dedicated drop or nothing. Hopefully they’ll fix this.
