    6:38. just make the shame shape as the mold in 2d on top of the mold in a long plate. Etch the edges of the circles with knives. when a person slides them up, the candles detach. no more need for all the hand combing. single simple movement

    In a candle factory, the mass production process involves melting wax, pouring it into molds, adding fragrance and color, cooling, and packaging. It's a meticulous yet efficient operation, where every step is carefully executed to ensure quality candles are produced day in and day out.

    Here in germany candles are either used as decoration, as a light source or for ceremonial purposes such as for after funeral rituals. What is often done is that graves get these candles that burn for upwards of 30 days, placed there by the family of whoever lies burried there. I seriously have no clue what the purpose of that is though.

  • @Kargoneth

    The wicks are drawn through the bottom of the mold cavity, surrounded by wax, and then pulled out of the top of the cavity.
    What prevents the wax from leaking out of the bottom of the mold?

    • @dougaltolan3017
      @dougaltolan3017 Před měsícem +2

      A tight fit on the hole.
      Sure some drips will leak out, but they run down the next piece of wick and it's pulled up into the mold for the next candle.
