- Former President and veteran Congress leader Pranab Mukherjee was presented the Bharat Ratna, by President Ram Nath Kovind. Mukherjee was named for India’s highest civilian honour in January.
Mukherjee had given so much to his party and country.. He could have been a great PM of India
