Bonding is your issue. And the truck could be giving you a ground fault warning. The main home panel is bonded. The truck is bonded. In an electrical circuit you cant have more than one bonded system.
I think about it like protection. The house has a protection system. The truck has a protection system. The fix. In the receptacle inlet disconnect the ground wire. I use a 30 amp switch so I can go either way, using a bonded source (off/disconnected ground) or using a unbonded electrical source (on/connected ground). The latter complies with NEC for grounding a unbonded generator source.
Is this safe. Yes. The house protection protects the house side upto the receptacle. The truck protection protects the truck and the cable to the house.
If you have questions, I have pictures of the whole setup. I'm also doing dual backup. Truck and 15kW generator.

I had a feeling this was a bonding issue. I'd love to see your photos! Mike@Jeepsontherun.com

I just tried using my Silverado EV to do this and had the same result. I’d love to see the pics of your setup as well. Thanks in advance!
