Hm. I run maybe a bit faster than the original pace on the video.The many sudden and sharp turns made me a bit dizzy ans let me loose my pace. Had to stop that and choose another video with longer stretches and smoother turns.
There are also videos out there which announce sharp turn by arrows on the screen, that actually helps.
