Trades basically makes more money and are in more demand than other social oriented jobs.

Housing is the least of the problems. The health care system is in a full collapse we brought in 1.3 million people and are not building any new hospitals. Education is collapsing as well as class sizes get even bigger. housing is a problem but you can reno basements to rent out space and a lot of short term solutions. Building hospitals and take 5-10 years.

Since the health care system has been slowly dismantled since the late 80s, the gov't knows that it will soon be completely in the hands of the HMOs and Big Pharma, as is the American. So, we don't NEED health care taxes. We have MAID for those who can't afford insurance. Mark my words.
The Canadian government didn't miss seeing or ignore the housing crisis. They campaigned to fix it, then proceeded to exasperate the problem by increasing immigration rates by a factor of 16. They are letting in an entire years worth of immigration per term.

If I were Indian I would tell my people to all come back they are better off there. If I could I would move back to my wife's home country it is a third-world country but it is in much better shape than Canada.

Living in British Columbia is terribly upsetting. Working harder and not being able to survive in one of the world's richest countries. I can see that the unrest in Canada will be of epic proportions. A very large number of people have lost everything.... and not just material as well as their jobs, careers, marriages, families and lives unfortunately. All this during pre, during and post Wahun virus. I'm worried how much worst it can get. God Bless us All ✝️

I work with a girl who came here from Britain to explore and experience the natural beauty of Canada. So far all she can do is work as many jobs as possible to afford to stay here and has already warned her friends who wanted to join her that it is a terrible idea...

Second of all, it is one of the most expensive places on the planet. Even more than Canada, so nobody coming to Canada from the UK would be shocked at the prices.

Example: people sign the paperwork on a house they can afford. By the time the house closing nears a year later, they lose all their down payment because they can no longer afford the home! No protection, no apologies, nobody cares.
You can't afford to eat, or house yourself, here. Then try to find a place to live or afford one. Rent is through the roof.

It's become an absolute hellish nightmare unlike anything we've ever seen before, all thanks to the extremely corrupt crime minister and his cohorts, the cost of housing has driven way too many into poverty and homelessness, and the unemployment rate is also skyrocketing along with severe inflation and excess taxation, many are actually fleeing the country due to very poor economic conditions and lack of security

Its a scam. Just move to canada. Give all ones money to a landlord and leave when your bank account is drained. So many people live after just a few years or even less. Why leave ones family and friends to live in virtual poverty in even maybe a shared room with others in a what is basically a broke country pretending to be rich? Oh and dont forget to work 3 jobs just to survive all which have barely 2 weeks time off, so good luck being able to catch up with family. I would have thought that canada being an immigrant society would have 3 to 5 weeks vacation minimum as so many people have family all over the world. Just my opinion. Take what you will.
