Today we replaced AHI Air regulator and Air Dryer Filter ourselves.
Volvo Dealer labor price went up and wanted $178/hr on labor.
So since this was an easy fix, we decided to replace the parts ourselves during this July 4th long weekend that we are not on the road.
Tomorrow we will be replacing the AHI Module. Hopefully we won't need to change the 7th injector because the check engine light came on and also needed to do regen. We tried to force regen 4 times to clear the check engine light, it failed to do so. We tried to clear the issue codes on the dash. All cleared but the check engine light. Code indicates AHI module issue. Usually when this happens you can't do force regen without fixing the problem. Follow my next video on how to replace AHI Module.

What code was it displaying?
How did you know the AHI Regulator and the AHI Module went bad? My dealer told me I need to replace the AHI Module but I'm wondering if it's the regulator or if I need to replace both.
On my part 2 video towards the end I was showing how you can check faulty codes. The code that shows you need to repthe AHI Dosing Module is DTC P24F600.

they you ever find out why was purging so much?
The seal was bad in the air dryer. We changed the o-ring inside the air dryer assembly

From where did you guys get the filter original one is expensive at the dealer part#21620181
The part was about $60 at the Volvo dealer.

@@benignopineiro7810 maybe. We just replaced all batteries. Prices went up from when we called a few months ago.
