This is a dc voltage controller simple DIY using a 2sc5200 transistor. This is a basic voltage and current adjustable power supply. But not a powerful dc voltage controller. You can supply an input maximum of 200V, 15A.
Components used in this project:-
1. 2SC5200
2. 47 Ohm 2W
3. 0.22 Ohm 5W Resistor
4. 10k Potentiometer
5. 10 Ohm 2W

Sorry, I have gotten all the other electrical components for this project, but, it remaining the TTC5200 transistor which I couldn't get. Please, what other transistor can I get in replacement of the TTC5200 transistor and still get the same outcome?

If you try and supply a load with 15A from this supply the 0.22 ohm 5 watt resistor you have in series with the output will be destroyed very quickly!
That heatsink is severely undersized.

Buenas. Tengo que decir que el control de corriente esta mal conectado UNO de sus terminales. La resistencia de 10 ohm, no debe ir a negativo . Debe ir a la salida luego de la resistencia de .22 ohm 5W y tal vez no necesites el diodo para lograr una menor corriente minima de salida

I made this module and it works. But I'm interested in what to do with the potentiometer for voltage regulation because it raises the temperature? Should I install the same 10k but 3 W.? Otherwise, it works well at voltages up to 50 V and the temperature is within normal limits, but at higher voltages it heats up.
It all depend on what you are going to use this circuit for, if it for any kind of lab power-supply then forget this construction, there is nothing in it that is stable in any way, it is a extreme crude way to regulate voltage and current without any feedback or stabilization. Nothing will stay the same if the input voltage change.
It is just a demo circuit to show how to use a transistor as a regulator. It has it's usage, bench power supply is not one of them.

Input can be 15A DC, but how much watts those potentiometers can handle? For a medium size project, they need to be 10 watts at least.. Good project, but limited usability.
Smoke Machine! 100Vin, 1V 20A out = 1980 watts burning the transistor (150W package) on a 5W heatsink, pure rubbish claims.

I have a question, with your homemade DIY DC voltage controller. My power supply is lithium battery cells 4S4P 40A (my BMS is for a 4S 40A). With your homemade DC voltage controller can i have a constant voltage to 12V (and 20A is enough) whereas my battery cells will decrease little by little its voltage ?
How could i make this handle 20 amps and 1200 watts. Can i use multiple transiters to do this? and use a 20amp diode instead? Your video says it will only do 15amps and the manufacture specs on the transistor says 150watts. Thank you for any help.

Warning: This circuit does not work at high loads. The negative line passes through the variable resistor and it has a weak current. There is a big trick. This circuit may appear to work well on the measuring device. Just notice that the lamp lights up strongly when the resistance is raised and does not scale correctly.

That's a good question.
The circuit is a starting point for future development, you need to draw the schematic on paper or into a circuit simulator and add/modify to your needs.
Some knowledge about Ohm's law will come in very handy.
The circuit as is do not regulate the output current with any kind of feedback, it only regulate the base current to the power transistor and you can't really calculate/predict the current because other factors like hfe of the power transistor is not a fixed value it depend on collector current and temperature, so to set a known value and keep it stable you will need a feedback loop, an op-amp will come in nicely here.

So what you have is a supply of maximum 90V 20A, and you want to set the circuit to archive 60V 14A at the output ?
That gives you 30V of voltage drop over the power transistor and this at 14A, that result in about 420 Watt displace in the power transistor, 150 Watt is the maximum power the power transistor can handle, so this circuit, as is, can not be used in these conditions.
Be attentive regarding the answer you got reading "yes 60V", it do NOT take your request regarding 14A into account, otherwise the answer is right.
This circuit is just a demonstration of a serial regulation with voltage and ampere adjustment where a power transistor with some, at face value, impressive parameters is used, if you feed it with the maximum input of the suggested 200 Volt and 15 Ampere you got a potential person killer and source for fire, so be careful it is not a harmless toy.
