This is 10 Ohms NO 1 Ohms !!!!!!!!!!! .At 12Volts -gives 80 Ampere a 24 Volts -max 45-55 Ampere .For 100Amperes ,use 5-6 transistors .Diodes 10 Ampere ,and it's Ok. Better ,more powerful FGH80N60 FD .Add a capacitor at the output 3300 micro / 100Volt .At the input ,the capacitor is 470 micro above >100 Volt
