Thanks for the video Stewart. I watched several others before yours and was still confused. Your explanation of vaults and categories helped me realize that vaults can be used in whatever manner makes sense for your needs. For example, I just signed up for a family subscription, so I'm thinking about setting up one vault per person, with each person keeping all their items in their own vault, with each item categorized appropriately. Also, I'll set up additional vaults as needed, such as for Hobbies, Business, and Shared Items. I'd like to hear vault creation strategies used by other 1Password subscribers.

thank you this was very helpful! as a small biz owner with only 2 team members/contractors who I'd need to share a handful of passwords with, do you think that either the family or personal account would do the job? when you say only 1 person needs to manage passwords - do you mean on the backend? and others are able to access what they need when shared?

      Hey Rachael,
Your welcome. I would personally go for the business plan. If you are using this for business. However, you can get away with those options too. Yes other can access everything that you can access unless you state otherwise.

@@StewartGauldLastpass had some security breaches. Honestly, 1Password is more secure, never had a breach, and provides a nice interface across tablets, phones, desktops, etc. and pretty much all operating systems (MacOS, iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, etc.). Never had any syncing issues either across multiple devices.

Can you log onto the 1Password app using Face ID with the iPhone? I don’t want to type in a long master password to log into the 1Password app on the iPhone.
With ButWarden, you have to log into the BitWarden app on the iPhone with the master password. BitWarden only allows you to unlock BitWarden with Face ID on the iPhone.
With LastPass, you can log onto the LastPass app using Face ID on the iPhone. But LastPass is no longer secure.
Please let me know if Face ID can be used to log onto the 1 Password iPhone app.

What annoys me with these password savers is that when its needed its got to be opened with a password etc.and then after its a repeat after the manager has automatically closed!!

You gave some very poor explanation of a vault. Naming a vault passwords is stupid and will just confuse people. Smh
