  • Indian Railways is undertaking massive reforms and the most talked about one pertains to Vande Bharat trains. Starting in February 2019, today the train is running on 25 routes. Railways has even planned to replace all Rajdhanis and Shatabdis with Vande Bharat in a phased manner. Additional revenue aside, Vande Bharat trains are equivalent to a better experience for passengers.
    So, what more can we expect from the railways to boost Vande Bharat?       ​​@@ManiSudhanshuall 5am 6am 7am 8am trains must b replaced in 500kms distances ie run every 100kms ahead at 5am, 6am trains ie pair of 4 trains to cover 100kms ahead 1hr approx or 85avg speeds, 5,6,7,8 am regular trains, fares can b made 1000 for 500kms food extra.... Or coupons to eat outside on railways catering arena on stns so that least maintaince reqd on vande 🇮🇳👌❤️

      ​​@@ManiSudhanshu🙏🇮🇳❤️Even if Indian Railways does just one thing 2023 ie to raise avg speed of memus emus etc from 35/45kmph to 60kmph avg speed just this ie over a coverage of 100kms... Just this one act will change india
      ❤Alongwith providing 20m 6coach metro services to any 100cities w 3memus per hr both sides of a city.... Ie 20m 3x2 with 100passengers capacity/coach ie 600x3x2 /hr ie a capacity addition of 3600 passengers per hr in loops to any city will absolutely raise india to next level..... Just these 2provisions...... ❤❤❤❤

      Make aluminum n esp if speeds raised towards 60kmph avg speed for short term medium.. Cutting dn time ie a person reaches 55-60km in 1hr, even if people will like 85kmph avg speed for 60-120kms travel then even charging 100rs for 50km is feasible /possible w/o qualms ie 3600x100rs ie 3.6 lakh per hr collections min Nd value addition to railways....
      Even aluminum coach can b adequate to accommodate speed.... Will serve as together w complimentary to Vande which serves 100kms distances, ie100km stops, and memus/emus serve 60/120kms in loops nd providing feeder service to vande which must b kept towards 600-700kms..... And Mini Durontos for 1000kms w 200kms stops
      Humsafars shd do 1000-2000
      Vande sleeper long distances 1500-3500kms plus ie 500kms stops...
      Absolutely a total overhaul of railways working is needed
      Lack services is the largest railways inadequacy presently inspite of adding capacity for 140cr population... Instead on focusing on congesting roads and jam-packed roads with cars etc

    It's an awesome success story. The timeframe could have been faster had sudhanshu mani been given more time and resources and support. But then the west focussed lobby wanted this project to fail.
    We are proud of the product.

    Vande metro is not needed given metro and RRTS already exist. The Siemens and Medha electric trains are already superb, given that you can travel on them for Rs. 5-10 only and you are also getting AC rakes in them. The build quality of those budget trains is also perfect, better than VB actually, which is good but not near that of a new aircraft and still needs some improvements. We need many more EMUs on longer routes. RRTS and Metro can handle city suburban travel.

    ❤❤❤🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳👌👌👌To make it more affordable what is suggested is to make VB +MD ie mini durontos to cut travel time using wap5 /12coach or 7hs with longer ie 1000-1750passengers n ensure MD is able to perform 850kms@10hrs ie faster in faster out or even non stop if full with seemless ticketing will serve 1500kms VB 650kms plus 850kms either nightly or on arrival or VB within 20min MD is put to run adjacent as everyday train till sleeper version is possible... As 3e is the only ones largely made now can b guaranteed to provide gatiman fares or one fare for 850kms like say 1200rs that way railways benefit by faster in faster out use of tracks nd passengers too by cutting down travel from 22plus to under 18hrs... Perfect combination..... Money generator shd go towards additional tracks ie 2ups 2dns that can do 240kmph or balastless track inserted wr ever speeds r restrictive to make a avg speed towards 150kmph

    Agree with him, I have travelled in this train and quality of work is really poor
