Hi. This is in Dulac and I used the launch at T-Irv’s Marina for most of the marsh fishing. I also launch off the side of the road along Falgout Canal and along the old road heading to Cocodrie. Still learning spots down there. Lots of Google Earth searching. Good news is you almost can’t miss at any launch site. Lots of good water and fishing down there. Will be much easier traversing by road once they repair and open the big Grand Caillou bridge down there. Cheers and good luck.
I use an old selfie stick and drilled a hole in the kayak behind the seat. Inserted a PVC pipe and I can slide the stick with the camera easily in. I used felt tape around the handle to make the fit snug, but also smooth enough to be able to rotate around if needed. Very basic setup. Hoping to start doing some drone footage ahead. But just too busy casting!!! Cheers and good luck.
Another nice video. I would like to hook up next time Im down in Hackberry. Hit up Choupique or Hog Island in the kayaks. Keep the videos coming,,
Good deal. I will try to share a message when down there again.
Cheers!
Bravo!!
Thanks!!
I'm in Livingston Parish, where did you launch for this video please? Thanks for the video.

Awesome footage. Is this area accessible by road? Or do you have to use a private launch?
Both road and a private launch.
Lots of folks go to Four Point Launch which I use some. Still learning the area down there.
Cheers!
