cool track,, thx for sharing. Work on making the corners shorter/not longer. Trail brake in deeper "v-ing" out the corner. Brake into the corner leaned over 5 degrees, then off the brake, get maximum lean angle before getting on the gas, when pointed in right direction.. You can get on the "full" throttle sooner, and make the straights longer. Try to only get on the gas once, unless your making evasive moves to avoid a rider in front. Work on your braking.. sometimes it is easier to just use the tank to hold yourself in position, already prepped for the corner.. You should not be moving your butt when already in the corner entrance, but only when your bike is straight up and down. Cheers
Imho revmatching is the safest way to get your speed down without hurting the clutch, transmission and also without upsetting the rear end. I don't think there's need to rev match when you have a slipper clutch
Honest advise: get some classes from pros. learn how to blip the throttle. fast gear change, acceleration, braking points. Everything you are doing is horribly wrong. You are stalling the bike whilst cornering. S1000 rr is not the bike for you. Start from 250s and make you way up. You gona die like this if you don't improve your riding. Importantly if you learn to ride you will enjoy riding. At the moment the bike is riding you, not you riding the bike.

Also, try dropping your gears on hard braking quicker.. with rev matching. but up too you, as some can do your style fast too.
