Loved this one! For some reason, my thighs and legs have been sore all day today even though yesterday was the core class! Anyways, they feel so much better now, after I did this class. Been absolutely loving this challenge!

This was my favorite so far - I love hip openers! The circle "warm up" in down dog was probably the hardest for me. Visualizing myself from a distance was harder than expected after checking myself in the mirror throughout the session. I think I like breathing meditations better! Thanks again :)
Just wanted to thank you for this awesome routine, Brett. I've been aware of and using it for about a year now. My body has changed thanks to you, but looking back I realize even more the value of this lesson. From a purely instructional perspective, I think it's one of your best.

I had to pause on the IT band stretch in pigeon because it was so good I needed more time there!
I loved it! Towards the end I started tearing up…. That’s my body’s way of showing gratitude for the practice that was done. I feel like a lot of these yoga videos either women or men breathe so fast and they don’t allow the person the ability to flow …. I felt like I was actually in a yoga studio, your voice is pleasant, you had poise and you instructed clearly. Ty! 🥰

This was a great hip opener and so happy to see the whole session wasn't spent in pigeon. My hips have always been my tightest area and I generally hurt myself when trying to open because so many of the typical postures for hip opening don't work for my body. This was perfect! Namaste.

Was a great session. Did this after a P57 full body session and my hips feel much better. They were really tight. I can never do pigeon so thank you for showing modification. Pigeon kills my knee.

Do you still get some of the same benefits by doing this on your knees? I cannot do the motion from legs to plank to floor in one swoop. I've had six surgeries on my right side and four on my left in just over a year. I'm sticking with it and God willing one surgery to go, I can perform this soon.
However, this felt good after my HIIT jump rope routine even with my modified version.

Now that comments are working again... in half splits when I square my hips I get shin pain on the outside of the straight leg. My hips held up fine. Any suggestions? Thanks for all your wonderful videos!

Thank you! (Yes I know I am one day delayed ;) ) I have two questions: Is it ok to modify Pigeon with having the front heal closer to the hip and not totally parallel with the matts end? My hips haven't opened up that much yet :)
The other question: why do you choose sitting meditation instead of Savasana at the end?
