Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door - Elusive Badge Location

The badge is found in the center of Hooktail’s Lair. You need to use Flurrie’s wind to reveal the hidden chest. The Elusive Badge quest is available at the trouble center after clearing chapter 4. Completing it rewards you with a new partner, Ms. Mowz.
