    About the Speaker:
    Dr. Tsai earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and her Master's degree in Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley. She completed a residency in internal medicine at University of Texas Southwestern and a post-doctoral fellowship in cardiovascular disease prevention at the Stanford Prevention Research Center. Today she practices out of several clinics for Stanford Health Care. They include Preventive Cardiology, Women's Heart Health, The Hypertension Center and Primary Care and Population Health Clinics at Stanford. Her specialties include cardiometabolic diseases, such as pre-diabetes and diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders and weight management.

    Very informative. This adds credibility to my life style, that I figured out on my own. No help from local Drs. Drs wouldnt even talk to me about these concepts. I figured this out on my own mostly from the internet and books. Not easy to do, since there is so much misinformation out there. Thank you.
