    Beautifully articulated message for all organizations who desire to be in business for the next 100 yrs, and attract the right talent that will contribute to the organizations innovation - but creative abrasion must be part of the equation/strategy in order for creative agility and creative resolution to follow.

    A member of academia talking about "diversity of ideas" in 2021 is a dangerous conversation, or, to use the modern term, it's "problematic".
