- Not sure whether our elders cooked in this way but just want to give it a try. The dish really turned out well. The chickens tasted really, really great. Thanks for watching. Have added subtitles. Ingredients Used in this dish are,
Almonds
Dry corns
Raw Rice
Bengal Gram
Dry Red Chilies
Pepper corns
Coriander seeds
Clove - 1
Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon - A small piece
Little cumin seeds
Little fennel seeds
Turmeric
Potatoes - 2 Nos
Chicken - 12 leg pieces
Eggs
Butter Milk

I think I got the ingredients right. Please correct me. I put (?) where I am not sure.
Fresh roasted: almonds, dried corn, rice (?), dry yellow split peas, dry red chillies, black pepper corns, white pepper corns (?), and caraway (?)....This will all be grounded down to as fine as possible. Next grate and fry potato in oil till crispy. This will all be combined with some salt to make the crust.
Then chicken legs are slit and coated with turmeric powder, and soaked in yoghurt (?) with a little water.
After however long it took to roast, grind, and fry the crust ingredients, take the chicken out of the yoghurt water to sit. Coat with beaten raw egg, and coat with the crust mix, then fry till brown and crispy.
I haven't even tried this yet, but I can guess it tastes amazing.
