    300 grams potato
    200 grams carrots
    2 cups water spinach leaves (kangkong leaves)
    parlesy
    1 big head onion
    1 tsp. chicken powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coarse chili powder (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 cup cornstarch

    Hungry, love these snacks, It looks very crispy, crunchy. I usually do zucchini and lentil, onion, garlic, lemon juice, tumeric. cumin, chill and salt. It is a die for. Soak the lentil for about two hours then use an immersion blender with the seasoning and blend to a smooth paste -- then I cut the zucchini into circle and add to the mixture and add either 2 tbsp flour or rice flour. Mix all together and form your fritters. I usually do lots, bagged and freeze and whenever I want just toss in the air fryer for a few minutes and ready to go.When I made it never thought zucchini was so delicious.
