I think there is something very unique about the 16-bit graphics of the gameboy advance, the graphical limitation contrasted with the animations with lots of frame per animation, the effects that can appear on screen

To be fair this is made by Way Forward and their some of the best Sprite artists out there
A big part of the reason why the GBA graphics are so impressive is because by the time the console was out ROM cartridges for a lot cheaper than they were in the day so software developers warrant as constrained. The super robot wars games on the Nintendo DS are even crazier

Anyone else find it weird that most of the bosses were enemies of other villains and the Flash's rather large rogues gallery didn't get much of an appearance (Just Grodd and Prof Zoom).
