I am an adoptee. Barely a day goes by when I don't thank God that, although my mother gave me away, she let me live. I have been a school teacher for nearly 30 years and try always to teach with joy and positivity. I have a wife and 2 daughters of my own. Thank God for life!

I am a woman who miscarried my little girl at 16 weeks. It was a profoundly emotional time, I still grieve for her. I grieve for those millions of babies murdered by the hands of "doctors", callous, uncaring "just get it done" women . Doctors who took the oath to "DO NO HARM", are doing just that - murder for money. It can't be stressed enough there are couples who, by no fault of their own cannot have children, would gladly adopt an unwanted child.
I was adopted at birth. My 14yr. old birth-mother cared enough for me to give me a life. I was blessed with two loving parents who raised me the best they could. I am a Doctor today. Thank you mother and father! Thank You God!

I had fetal lung mass in the womb. The doctor told my mother she should abort me at 9 months, as it would spare me a “life of pain” and save money. My mother was devout Christian and so said no. My lung mass was surgically removed a week after pregnancy. It didn’t even cost my parents any money because a very kind woman from church paid for the surgery. 18 years later I was valedictorian of my HS class, 3x all state speech, Captain of a state winning robotics team, and now, many years later, I am sure that her choice was correct,

I found myself pregnant at 16. It was an extremely rough pregnancy. 7 1/2 months of morning sickness, gained 70 pounds and barely ate the entire time I was stuck in bed. My doctor allowed me to go weeks overdue that put my son into fetal distress and ended in an emergency c-section. He was born blue with cord wrapped around his throat 3 times. The moments I waited to hear him cry, surrounded by people trying to save him were the most fear I had ever felt in my life. When he cried and everyone stopped clamoring around him, was the most joyous sound! It was hard raising a child at 17, I can't say any of it was easy. But my son is a great man now; successful, intelligent and handsome. I do not regret all the sleepless nights, having every possible bodily fluid spewed out on me, tantrums and teenage shenanigans. I have raised 3 excellent children in my 44 years. I have 2 grandchildren and look forward to more. I would never change it. Better than anything material this world can possibly offer, parenting, nurturing and even sacrificing for my kids has given me something than can not be bought or sold.

If my mother had decided to make that choice then thats fine, but she actively tried for me. I was wanted, despite whatever misguided thoughts she had ( she was 17, I really shouldn't have been born. ) she wanted me. That was her CHOICE, thats all we want. There are over 500k+ children in need of homes that could easily be adopted if people practiced what they preach. We have enough lives struggling, being abused, kids being raped, sold into sex trafficking to worry about the "life" of a clump of cells are not considered a living being. It's not you it's going to affect, the resentment and anger - the hard life that fetus will go through if it's brought to term. Unwanted, resented, abused - people should have a choice over what they do with their bodies. A clump of cells before 15 weeks is not a person, it's not a baby - and it's none of your business.
When she said that, they referred to the clinical freezer as " the nursery", my heart just sank. Thank you to all the brave people speaking out against these atrocities.

Had my first healing session today. 37 years of despair and regret. Just because it is legal doesn't make it moral. Remember chattel slavery was completely legal at a time in our nation's history and it was also culturally accepted and defended by ignorance. I just met a woman who told me that when she was 18 the doctor told her that her child would be born with a disability so she chose to have an abortion Bec she didn't want a child that the state would have to financially provide for the rest of it's life plus she knew she couldn't live a child that's disabled so with a heavy voice, I pointed at my 9 year old daughter & I told her that she has autism & the woman became very sympathetic & asked what does it mean for me? What about time for me & I knew what she meant so I told her, I'm not burdened by her. I love her, she makes me happy & what it means for me is that every day with her is a learning experience. The way she sees the world, I am learning to see through her Sure life can be challenging but I have learned to face those challenges with a positive outlook. Tomorrow, she is going fishing for the very first time & although I have fished plenty in my time, I feel like I am experiencing it for the first time through her eyes.

As a woman who had an abortion 20 years ago I can tell you not as a hypocrite that it destroyed me. I think about it everyday. I now have three daughters, my oldest is 18. She’s never condemned me for the awful choice I made but she never says I’m a hypocrite for being pro life. I immediately sought God’s forgiveness.
It was one of the worst days of my life. It took 7 hours in different waiting rooms and I cried the whole time. Not one nurse or doctor consoled me in anyway. I was just a customer, I can tell you those clinics are evil. And full of demons running it.

My late husband was adopted when he was 10 days old and I still thank God that this very good, exceedingly intelligent human being was not aborted. He died in 2000, but our children still tell me that the very best thing I did for them was to marry their father.

My best friend is 16 years old when she get pregnant, like a 16 year old she thinks of aborting the baby, when I heard it I cried, I told her imagine when your mother get pregnant of you half of her thinks of aborting you too but 16 years later here you are breathing, have a loving mama and grandparents you have friends who loves you as much. Just think about the life inside you, imagine him/she enjoying life like you. Then she look at me and cried. Fast forward she give birth to a baby boy and is now celebrating his 3 years in this world. You don't encourage women to get abortion because of what the society may think, that what if they can't provide the things the child may needed, you encourage them to think the life that they create and be there and support them all the way.

I got a woman pregnant but never knew it until she told me in a text message. "I got Pregnant. I got rid of it. Im sorry." that was it. I never got the choice or the chance to take responsibility and try my best to provide for my own son or daughter. It hurts to know I was never asked my opinion on whether or not I wanted to be a father even if she did not want to be a mother. My child never got the choice in order to live. I will not provide her name. just to get this off my chest. It hurts.

I am so sorry, I know of other men this has happened to who were just as devastated and frustrated as you. I was just telling my husband earlier tonight how disgusting it is that in some states now if there was a bad breakup a woman could litterally abort their child after it is at a viable age even if the father is right there offering to raise the child himself-all that would be needed is a delivery, not an abortion but pro-choicers would say that infringes on the mother's rights-how is what I would ask...why should they care that the child would enjoy life with the father instead-if they have a problem with that, it proves that it really isn't about the mother's choice because the result to her would be the same. As it stands it is only the woman's choice no matter even if the choice was made of malace to hurt the father. This is the next stage of the fight, to give father's rights...especially in the matters of late term abortions.

I was having a debate with a friend of mine who is currently unaware that I'm a Christian. So when we're discussing the fact that abortion is wrong, I struggled to make an argument other then the solution of adoption, taking the pill and so on. So after he made his point, he asked me to justify my reasons as to why abortion is wrong, and I thought to myself, that I can't believe I have to justify saving a life.

I was raised in a church. Pro-choice was never an option. It is sad to me that it has become an option for so many.
With that said, i never heard of Abby Johnson until today. I randomly typed "pro life" into CZcams and many of her videos popped up.
I listened to several today. It never stops hurting my heart. She worked in am abortion clinic for 8 years. Eight!! I thank God she saw the light and i thank God she's dedicated her life to something so much more worthwhile.
Since i am a man (and women want to quickly dismissmy opinions), i now have an experienced woman to point to.

As far as the topic at hand (abortion), the beauty of this video is that it's not about God. It is about her personal beliefs, yes. but she backs it up with science....how the embryo actually can to some degree understand what's going on.

I was born three months premature with my twin. My twin died twice because my mother and her DOCTORS didn’t know she was giving birth to twins. My twin was hiding behind me and our heartbeats we’re so in sync that they thought she was having one boy. During birth my twin drowned in my water and had to be resurrected TWICE. For anyone to tell me that my life means nothing that my mother could’ve chosen to murder one of us in the womb for convenience is horrifying and despicable. I’m thankful that my mother, even at the age of 19 and already with an 11 month old, decide NOT to kill me or my twin. I’m thankful for my mother who had a child at 18 and decided not to kill my older sister Shae Shae. I am thankful that even though we lived in a shed, an actual shed on Bear Drive in Robertsdale Alabama, decide NOT to murder me or my twin out of convenience or because I may go up with a disability, disadvantaged or poor. My identical mirror image twin is my umbilical cord to life. People say that there is no other love than a mothers love but even my own mother acknowledges that there is some thing about twins especially identical twins that makes them unique to than any other person on this planet; a love that no one will ever understand. My life literally depends on if my twin is okay; there is no “I have to live on for someone else, myself or my twin.”. The mere thought that my older sister m, my twin, or life depended on whether my mother believed that we were a clump of cells or that she was “saving us from being wanted“ is crazy.

I have one child, I’ve been pregnant one time. After I had my son I went on birth control and eventually had my tubes tied. I am pro life. Abortion should never be used as a form of birth control. I’m extremely against late term abortion.

The was that other hearing where a gynecologist described how an abortion is performed in great detail (this video is VERY mild in comparison) and even brought a bunch of tools used in the process.

I appreciate that about her as well. It’s an extremely traumatic thing and even a lot of these women who appear emotionless are doing so more as a survival/coping mechanism and also as a symptom of cognitive dissonance.
I never lived through an abortion, but I lived through other traumatic events in my life and it’s a well known fact that our mind will attempt to protect and shield ourselves from truths it feels we’re not prepared or willing to know. By the time the forced apathy fades away and the reality sinks in for a lot of these woman, the effects are catastrophic and devastating and I really feel for them.
Especially the women who were deceived or forced or came from a time where they honestly didn’t know that a fetus was a living being. We know better now.

A+++ video. I became pregnant in 1970 at the age of 16. I hid it for too long and when my Mother took me to the clinic to sign up for an abortion appointment we were told I was too far along. I was devastated. The shame, the thought of going full term terrified me. But I went through with the pregnancy and surrendered my son (and only child) to adoption. In the early 90s I searched for him and found him in Folsom Prison for manslaughter. We had a wonderful reunion behind prison walls for 3 years, then we fell out of favor with each other. It's been over 20 years since we've communicated. My body never recovered from birthing. By societies standards it's ugly, so I have carried that with me all this time as well. But one thing I don't carry with me is regret that I didn't abort. Through all this, I'm still glad I had him, and also had the chance to know him if even for a short time. He turned 48 years old yesterday and I thought of him all day, choked up and relived some memories. I'm still not sorry I had him.

You are a brave and courageous woman, so glad you shared here and you do not have to live with the scars of an abortion. Your testimony can help so many. 40 years ago someone tried to get me to abort my one & only blood son & child when I was an unwed mother also; I married him but he ended up being abusive, so I was a single parent since 1989. But I have no regrets about that, it may have been a struggle at times but we made it with God's help......Prayers that you will re-unite one day with your son and that he comes to God and has new life in Jesus. Also that he will come to cherish you for giving him life.... Keep praying for him, there is always hope....

Up until a certain point, that collection of cells can't live outside the mother's body. It doesn't matter if the parts have a name or not. It's that same if you removed your heart, lungs, or kidney. Those body parts can't survive on their own. You would need to put them in another body.

Animals and humans are not really protected from anything. Humans may be the most vile creatures this world has ever seen and we destroy everything we touch. Being pro life does not better our lives or change anything. Are you doing anything for at least one baby that is already born that is unwanted or being raised in a poisonous environment? You know there are thousands have babies that are not getting the support they need or being taken care of. You know why? One is cause humans suck, and two our world is simply not advanced yet or equipped to support every breathing thing on this planet. Many pro lifers think they are moral because they are ignorant to all the other atrocities that already exist. They forget what would happen if we do get every unborn baby born and then pass all those (MILLIONS) of unborn babies off to pro lifers to be responsible for and care for. Pro life does not make you anymore moral or better the life anymore than pro choice does. I think both sides of the argument have very valid points. I think we together could come up with real solutions. I think both sides want solutions and do mean good. I think pro lifers need to be educated on certain things, but I also think a lot of pro choicers need to be taught the brutal truth of most abortions. I am pro choice and abortion sickens me. I believe abortion should be the very last option and we as a society need to provide women with every possible solution before presenting her the option of abortion. I think we should take into consideration and not question when a rape victim wants an abortion as we do not know her experience at all. You can say yada yada yada it is just 9 months and give it up for adoption, but do you know that the adoption system could be improved as well. ODo you know how many unwanted babies/children are stuck in the system? Have you actually talked to people who have been adopted and been in said system and know all the horrors? That is not as glamorous as you may think it is or the best solution.

We can provide all humans with a valued place in life. However, we have to change people's mindset about single mothers, children born out of wedlock and encourage more adoption.
