Masks are still required as of today for all guests ages 2+. I haven't been in a few months so I'm not sure how strict it is right now. Will they ask you to leave, doubtful, especially if it is just your children having the issue. I would say go and try your best to have your children comply and I think you won't even have an issue. This is a very family friendly establishment and the staff has always been pleasant. Enjoy your trip!
