I don't have any advice regarding the HELOC and hope you are successful if you guys determine that's the best way to go! Is there any opportunity for whomever you'd bring in to do the roof repair to offer financing as another alternative?

I wish!! But not likely. Small business and I don't think he could handle it. Still going through all the options before I decide.
