  • After almost a year now surviving and adapting to our current way of life, due to the Covid restrictions here in Rome, Italy, we are forbidden to travel outside of the town. Its been months since I have had the opportunity to get out and photograph so on this freezing cold and stormy Sunday morning a location a few kilometres from home gave me the possibility to shoot this on field experience and come away with some great shots. I used the opportunity once the light had passed to show you how I setup and compose the landscape using my standard workflow to capture some great RAW files with the Pentax K1. I hope you enjoy the content and get something out of it.

Great video and beautiful photos. I loved Rome, possibly my favorite city. I also love that you shoot with a Pentax! Your the only person I’ve found so far and I love it.

Yes it’s a beautiful city for sure. And thanks for the compliments. Yeh, with the Pentax I am a rarity on social media, but there is actually 1000’s of us out there!

Terrific video, Matt! I really like the instructions you presented a while taking us in the field. You have a nice way of explaining everything. I’d like to see more like this one. 🙂 Anthony.
