When I touch my face throughout the day with dirty hands, I’ve noticed my face starts breaking out. Also putting my phone to my ear breaks my face out so I make sure to clean it with alcohol every other day. Acne is super annoying and embarrassing but it’ll eventually go away! The less products you use on your face, the better
Cutting out sugar literally saved my skin! Also highly recommend Neutrogena skin clearing foundation, it’s meant for acne prone skin❤️
I know thiS might be unsolicited advice but it helped me PLENTY. Regarding skin care, it helps to make sure EVERYTHING that touches your face is clean. From your pillows, pillow cases and bedding to your make-up brushes and sponges. Wash them thoroughly once every week or every 2 weeks. Also, don't touch your face not unless you ABSOLUTELY have to same thing with make up wear it only when you have to. Give your skin the opportunity to breathe. Avoid consuming any dairy, drink water whenever you want coffee, tea or alcohol. Try it for a month I swear your skin will clear right up.
