Kiara Nicole usually its because of someone overcharging their battery and because someone constantly has their phone on. Its recommended to let your phone die sometimes and to power your phone off atleast twice a weak to prevent this from happening

I had issues with Verizon. The port over took 6 hours and I had to call and push the port though cause it only did half. Then my texting, iMessage, and data didn’t work. Apple blamed Verizon and Verizon blamed apple. I took the SIM card out and put it back in and it fixed the problem. I blame both

I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max right now. Verizon was a pain in the ass though. It was a port over and it took 6 hours and my texting wouldn’t work. I had to take the SIM card out and put it back in to use texting and iMessage

I think the battery in your iPhone X is swollen, which causes the screen to be pushed out. If your phone is more than one year old and then you can get the iPhone replaced for the price of just a battery replacement - which isn't much. That way you could either resell it or use it as a back up phone!

Omg same! I ordered mine for launch day, HAD it preordered and then ended up having to cancel it because Atnt “wasn’t shipping due to “flooding” in Texas. Which I mentioned then how the hell did the apple store receive theirs haha. The preorder finally arrived on the 30th but I basically had to cancel that order and I bought the Pro Max out right on the launch day, from the apple store because I was impatient lol. Regardless moral of my comment is my PREORDER came like 2 weeks later. Annnd that apple recommend that I don’t buy from the retailer because they can do the exact same set up for the phone in store 🤦🏾♂️smh
