Whenever I have heard stories about people with depression I have heard them telling how Surah Duha changed their life and helped them.. Its the same with me.. ALLAH helps us ALLAH guides us.. This surah is the biggest cure to depression along with the entire Quran سبحان اللہ

Previous ramzan my grandma leaves us .Suddenly,All of our relatives leaves us My all family got depressed My parents are very pious and didnt intend to do harm to any one..None of our neighbour supports us but they do black magic on us I failed my medical exams .😪😪😪 now it has been one year i am still depressed laying all day along on bed and thinking and thinking and so on...........................feeling all alone but my family had so much trust on Allah and we hold patience but none of my friends. realize my situation its very heart breaking although its allright now .....but I have believe in Allah that one day all things would be better inshallah ...i know smile often considering it sunnah and read quran lowers my deppression .Thanks to youth club who gave me hope that if you are alone there is Allah ❤
