Babymetal had some cool collabs on their most recent album. Probably the best was PaPaYa with a Thai rapper. They also had a collab with sabaton but i don't like the album version. It was great live tho. They had the Sabaton guys vocals too high in the mix on the album. It was overwhelming everything else. Oh yeah and the chick from Arch Enemy did the screams on Distortion.
I was going to say that Papaya was great and the Thai rapper only did the bridge but he did backing vocals through the whole song. But you didn't really notice him until he started rapping in the bridge. :)
It was worse in the late 90's, early 00's. Then you had feat artists just doing one line. I'm positive The Offspring mocked this when they released Original Prankster (featuring Redman) where he just had the line "Original Prankster, Original yeah".
What if they do a feat, in the same genre ??

It was hard for me at first getting used to the high pitched BABYMETAL vocals but the more you listen to the song, the better it gets.
That’s pretty much how new bring me the horizon is. The more you listen to it the better it gets.
BABYMETAL in a nutshell, once you get used to their vocals the greatness of their music is revealed

BMTH toured together with Babymetal last year and BMTH were the opening act for their show in Japan. They pretty been working together for a while now.
This ep has genuinely floored me. Dear Diary, Kingslayer and 1x1 are my faves at the moment but I actually really enjoy the final song, (not saying the name because I’ll be 60 the time I finish saying it 😂) it’s a really nice ballad. This just cements in why BMTH are one of my favourite bands. Can’t wait for more by them! 🤘🤘

Something about this song makes me really emotional, in the best way. Maybe it’s because I haven’t listened to metal as much lately, but this song just hits different. Her voice is amazing, and their styles blend together extremely well. This song honestly had me choked up like I wanted to cry, and I don’t even know why. It’s just that kind of beautiful music that evokes something. Like you, I’m blown away and speechless, just rambling because I don’t know how to describe it.

They featured babymetal on a song before but it never got finished apparently. Cool to see that MK Metal wrote the babymetal part and they absolutely killed it. Instantly stuck in my head. I could do with less autotune at least in the chorus, but that's the whole songs style so its overall my favorite off the EP. Naturally since I really like babymetal haha.
