- By using Shoups manufacturing's adjustable gauge wheel arm kits we were able to bring our corn back to life and not have to deal with shims and worn gauge wheel shafts this kit is a very easy to install and could be done out in the field

Are they still tight ? I have a Kinze 2000 I need to do something can’t decide on these or the Rk repair
Now shops sells a gwk3500 which uses a bolt to hold gauge wheel on and bearing is 4 times the size.

I welded a bead on the lower gauge wheel stop so gauge wheel couldn’t press down on scrapper.
On these planters is it possible to run the wavy coulter like yours ahead of the disk opener and also row cleaners or does it have to one or the other
Yes there are kits that allow you to run both we actually took our wavy coulters completely off and went back to just yetter row cleaners we like the way the row cleaners clean a nice strip so the plant can grow with out having to push past any garbage if you watch my latest video you can see how well the row cleaners did in the cover crop I was very impressed

Better than stock but the RK Products or now Copperhead, are superior. It fixes it forever. The ones in the video will wear out eventually.
