I have that same bike with 9000 miles on it. My bike has tons of extra chrome and accessories. The bike literally looks new. If you have a friend looking for one, mine is for sale. Ended up buying a street glide.

Wow they definitely don't make it easy anymore. The old bikes where so easy to work on but I dig the newer bikes just because how clean they look with all those wires ran properly. Hope those apes work out well for your wife !

Now that the bars are done, question is what’s next on her list of mods?
I am adding my cup holder, phone holder, and clock. Lol. Otherwise, I'm trying to keep the bike fairly original. So no other mods planned at this time.

@@dabeard_ i live in Burlington. But i grew up and work in lumberton. I like those bars i got them on my 48. Changed the whole way the bike feels and acts best upgrade ive done

Looks like your wife is not happy. Changing handlebars is not hard to do. You need to be more handyman so your wife should be proud of you. LOL
