If humidity is high i dont think it will dry. For example in the evening if air temperature drops and RH goes near 100% it will stay wet till morning untill air temperature goes up again. So best to not work in the evening, and look at the weather.
I have my doubts. Tip.... use a small soldering torch to dry the joint. It'll vaporize the water between the gutter laps. Then three-course...... Keep um coming.
An I had a rubber rod put on my exspandoo which I believe the exspandoo is my proble where it connects the the main trailer it’s always leaks around there it doesn’t in the exspandoo roof cause of the rubber roof I just don’t have the money to do the rest but if I can find somthing to use to level the sink hole I believe would be great
So, if that paint would peel, then surely after 30 years it would show signs, duh. The entire gutter has not 1 bit of peeling. When you stop water and oxygen reaching metal, you stopping rust.

Look like they need to re-seal their whole roof with elastic coat. TY for info about Turbo Poly Seal.
does this work better than silicon based stuff and patch tape for holes and cracks. also what about bigger holes and bigger cracks.

Instead of turbo seal, can I use super silicone seal to seal the gutter seams ?

That's precoated metal your liquid covering will only last as long as the coating on the metal if it peels off because of rust it will leak again

However with winter contraction and summer expansion I had to use a much better system

I don't really think it is necessary for Silver Coat Protection. The sun will barely make it into the gutter. Thank for the question
