Failing to repair a Ryobi One+ 18V 1.5Ah Rechargeable Battery

So I am not sure if I actually missed anything besides the dead 18650 LiPo. I can only assume at this point that the controller IC is wiped, and if so, I'd likely have to pull open another 1.5 and see if I can read the programming from it.
I'll likely get around to testing that serial port at some point, but I am honestly not sure when. I'd love your input if you have any ideas. Left it disassembled (but glued because I'm dumb) for next time.
Oh I also purchased a small spot welder for it next time haha.
