To all my fellow streamers...Self care is no joke and important for all

These past few years have been hard on everyone lets be honest...but the shade that people are getting for simply taking a selfcare day for themselves is ridiculous. Calvin Ridley (NFL WR for the Atlanta Falcons recently announced that he is stepping away from football to better himself. Yes mostly the comments are positive but still those out there with the mindset "you get paid millions of dollars to take it on the chin" type of mentality...why though? End of the day we're all still human and go through things and biggie said it himself "mo'money, mo'problems"...End of the day selfcare is super important and mental health is important for EEEEEEEVVVVEEERRYONE....
