  • Understanding the characteristics of the product(s) that you utilize everyday is beneficial for you in the long run. Different sets of tooling are meant for different product types. The wrong tooling could be causing inaccuracies with your filling weight.
All-Fill provides free product testing which can be utilized to determine which tooling or machine is appropriate for your product.

      Hi Arturo!
Here is a video on how to breakdown the filler: czcams.com/video/XEsRqV1eha0/video.html. You would set it up the same way as well.
For cleaning, we recommend mild soap and water for the contact parts. You do not want to hose down the machine as this is not a washdown model. Let us know if you have any more questions!

I have a really old, 1990s model, where the auger doesn't lock in with a spring but some dial after it drops into the slot along the cylinder. Cannot get it to lock

Use a rotary filler. We had vacuum rotary fillers 3 of them. We had quite a few customers. We did baby powder, foot powder baby powder with oatmeal in in. We had another filler that ran a powder that applied after showers or bath. You could adjust it for bigger containers. The minimum container was a 1oz fill. We were down for a small period of time during scent changes. Using a predetermined amount of flush and a 70/30% IPA for scent and micro control. A series of flush samples were sent to the labs for testing before pumping the new product in. We had micro and analytical labs checking ALL the samples. I hope I helped a little
