    You should have put in a few horizontal layers of colored material between the ordinary sand when filling the hopper. That would have shown mass and pipe flow even better.

    it seems that screw shaft dia. and pitch is varying from start to end , shaft is larger to small and pitch is lower to higher, is there any fundamental equation or note to this ratio related to discharge, please share in comment or in my mail.

      this is easy. you can calculate flow like (big area*flight lenght)-(small area*flight lenght) = x m3 for 1 turn in this video. you can say for exm. first 1 m carries 1m3 in 1 turn, secon 1 m carries 1.5 m3 in 1 turn and others like...2 or ....
