I grow up listen to Waylon Jennings, he's my favorite country singer ,he's the best these days I still listen to Waylon Jennings .Rip ,
I saw him once. I came through a blizzard to get there. I saw a horrible wreck were someone died. I wanted pictures so I started taking his pic and security guard tried to stop me. I thought I'm doing this, and Waylon was making sure I got some good ones by posing as he sang. It was funny the guard threw up his hands an walked away. He cared about his fans, and I never got a autograph or shook his hand, but I still have the pictures. I still smile at the memory. I teach kids some of his songs on guitar,and tell my story about this and they love it! His wife and son are carrying on his memory. Thank you for that!

I am so happy that Waylon @ Jesse loved one @ other until Waylons passing. As Jesse had a hard life with Waylon, but she never had a bad word to say about her husband. He was a true outlaw @ certainly behaved like one .But l must give Jesse credit for staying by Waylons side being his beloved wife @ nurse, he tried very hard coming off the drink @ dirty drugs with the Angel that he was married to. She absolutey adored @ in LOVE with Waylon all of 34 years that they were married. I loved the both of them and there son Shooter .They made beautiful songs together @ two great singers and Waylons guitar playing was immense. WAYLON @ JESSE , both of them had so unique style voices that no one else shall ever be able to duplicate there singing or there beautiful songs together. They were absolutely amazing singers. when i was a lil boy i used to ride around in his car with him all the time,just loved his car 72 cutlass,one day he told me to reach in the back and grab another tape (8 track)yea im ol,,lol,but i just reached back there in the case and grab one,didnt know who or what,well it was of course mr.Waylon Jennings,and i was about 4yrs old then and people i just turned 40 and waylon jennings is pretty much my music catalog,never b another,he could take to the place or situation he is singing to u,ive never and prolly never will hear a voice as his..thank you waylon.rest in peace my friend

I was fortunate to meet them both in 1985 after their performance at a Country Music Festival. It was shortly after Waylon had kicked his drug habit cold turkey. I had just had my baby girl and Shooter was just a little guy, napping on their tour bus. Jessi sat on Waylon's lap since there were only two chairs in the room we were in. Waylon couldn't stop rubbing her back and cuddling with her. They were so very much in love! We talked close to 1/2 hour. They were such sweet, humble, down to earth people. When we got up to leave, Waylon gave me a big hug. That time was most certainly one of the greatest highlights of my life!
Waylon, a true man and a great musician, for all his faults, Jessi still strong woman today. People we need more off in today's world.
Could listen to him 24/7.

Greatness personified! Waylon was someone who I would listen to every day for a long time! I mean, I wouldn't hi throughout a 24 hour period that I didn't listen to Waylon! The single, greatest Country and Western artist I have ever been fortunate enough to listen to, and when the Lord-God of my soul has me give up secular music, I will often times here his music, his guitar pickin', and songwriting there in the breeze, on the wind, in the places I go, and where I walk...hear his honky tonk shuffles at every turn and through each passing season, his message and flag-waving for the values of true artistic freedom...his hard livin', which I, too, used to be all too familiar with...and I'll reflect for a few moments, I'm sure! There will never be another one like him!!!

I grew up in the 50's and loved country even after the Beatles came out. I'm country thru and thru. Beautiful songs that bring back a lot of good memories for me. One Good Love is my favorite.

Well for one, Vivian Liberto was NOT the woman that the movie made her out to be, she was in fact very supportive of Johnny in his career, and yes she was concerned about his time with June, and yes, they were divorced. They also made a mockery of his father, who again, was supportive of John and his other children, he never once blamed Johnny for Jack's death. The whole movie was just fiction, good fiction that is all.
