Hi there is no simple solution to 2 different gateways or more.. I might do a video in future but can't promise. You will have to decide in that setup how you want 2 providers to act as load balancer or failover. Hi i am sure its possible but sorry i never used Mikrotik its a great hardware but need to get to it at some point.
How can I find out what my Public IP Subnet Mask is?
You have to contact to your ISP to find public IP subnet they provided
